Something I found interesting in France compared to the other countries we've visited is that there are times resteraunts wont serve food. At these times they only serve food. Also when you walk into a cafe they ask you right away if youe drinking or eating.
Its crazy how they assume no one is hungry. It is also weird how they never drink water either.
ReplyDeleteI was also surprised about the different eating times. You'd think the restaurants would want the business if you are willing to spend money there, but the changes in culture prevent this. I wonder what time regular Parisians really eat at and if it is usually a lot later than we are used to in the U.S.
